I had these two embossed pieces in my parts, but now they are cards. For this first one, which I actually like better, I simply took a brayer and lightly brayered ink over the embossed image panel. The sentiment was in my parts, also, and I popped it up.
This one is almost identical to yesterday's card. Different folder and different colors, but the same idea. Added color to the debossed side and then brayered over the flat part. This sentiment is adhered directly to the image panel.

I like them both, Lynette! I haven't used that EF in a while, so I really should get it out again and try it with some soft colors for a Spring card.

ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful embossing! It's hard to realize they're the same folder. I bookmarked this technique a while back and really need to try it. Heaven knows I've got the embossing folders!
