Another old border punch, plus the flowers were punched using an old punch, too. I added several black sequins for the flower centers. The image panel is popped up. A cheery card, I think.

I agree - a very cheery card. Pretty border punch, and I think I have a flower punch like the one you used. Back when these were purchased, we didn't have as many choices as we have now, so it's not surprising that we have some of the same old tools.

You go with the old punches, Lynette! This border punch is my favorite so far. Really pretty! Love the flowers, too. Very handy to have a quick and easy flower punch like that. A fun and cheerful birthday card!
