Repeat Impressions Stamp of the Week - Cat With Kittens

It's Monday, and that means a new Stamp of the Week from Repeat Impressions!  This week's stamp is 6214-I, Cat With Kittens.  You can find it on this page.  And you can find all the information you need to get this stamp for 50% off on the Repeat Impressions blog, The House That Stamps Built.  This offer is good through next Sunday, November 28 at 5:00 p.m. EST.  Be sure to check out what the other Rock Stars have created with this great stamp:  (Edited to add:  I have corrected my links. I kind of had most of them messed up!!  Sorry:) )

Here are the details for my card.  I started by stamping with Versafine Vintage Sepia ink on a shimmery ivory cardstock and embossing with clear embossing powder.  I cut out the image.  There are two little spots (between the mama's tail and the kittens) that I knew I would not be able to cut out very neatly.  So, instead, I stamped the image again on a piece of white cardstock and just cut out those two little pieces.  Then I glued them on to the ivory cardstock.  I did a little bit of coloring - just the ribbon, the mama cat's eyes, and the ears.  The image is mounted on Dimensionals.  Working my way down from there - the next two layers were cut with a Nestabilities Labels One die.  I embossed the white layer with a Quickutz embossing folder.  The next layer is the same shimmery ivory that I used for the cat, matted with the same brown as the Labels One layer.  The card base is white.  The sentiment is from Repeat Impressions.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!
