Repeat Impressions WHAT IF? Wednesday Sketch

Well, it's two weeks after the last WHAT IF? Wednesday challenge, so that means it's time for another one!  It's also time to announce the winner of the $25 gift certificate to  Repeat Impressions from last month!  For details on the current sketch contest, the winner from last month's contest, and links to the other Rock Stars' awesome creations, please visit the Repeat Impressions blog, The House That Stamps Built.

I think this is a really great sketch!  Both of the stamps I used are from Repeat Impressions.  You can find the sentiment on this page and the scarecrow on this page.  I stamped on ivory paper with Versafine Vintage Sepia ink.  I matted with Stampin' Up!'s Tangerine Tango cardstock.  The patterned paper is really old, from a Fiskars booklet.  The center strip is SU!'s Close to Cocoa, which I scored every eighth inch with a Martha Stewart scoring board.  I added a piece of gold cord, too.  The card base is SU!'s Very Vanilla.

Won't you join in the fun?  If you upload to an online gallery, such as SplitCoastStampers, be sure to use the keyword N310, and be sure to link to the RI blog.  You have until 5:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, November 16 to enter.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

  3. What an adorable image. I love that you used older DP. I think it's great that you use what you have. I also like the gold cord. it's a great accent to your card.
