With Sympathy

A sympathy card just to have on hand.  Hopefully I won't need it for a long time!

The main image and the sentiment are from a Stampin' Up! set called Close as a Memory.  I colored the flowers with markers.  I cut the image, the mat, and the sentiment panel with Quickutz dies.  You can find the set in the Creating Everlasting Memories eBay store here. I added pearls to the flower centers, and embossed the background with a Cuttlebug folder. The matting is SU! Always Artichoke.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

  2. A very well-designed sympathy card, Lynette. Three more inches of snow fell in EP overnight. How about you? Hugs, Suzie

  3. Wonderful card Lynette. The colours are great and the pearls are just the perfect finishing touch. I too hope that this card can stay in your "stash" for a long time.
