Repeat Impressions - Designers Choice Challenge: Father's Day With Texture

Today is Wednesday, so that means it's challenge day at Repeat Impressions. Today's Designer's Choice Challenge (DCC) was chosen by ... me!  I chose the theme of a Father's Day card with texture.  Your "texture" can be anything - embossing, Flower Soft, distressing - whatever you choose.  Please visit the Repeat Impressions blog, The House That Stamps Built, for the details and to see the other Rock Stars' creations.  Make your card, upload it to your blog or an on-line gallery, and link it to the RI blog.  You will be entered into a random drawing to win a full sheet of unmounted rubber!  Here are links to the other designers' blogs:

For my card, I used the Shade of the Elm stamp.  I colored the chair and added Flower Soft to the tree trunk and leaves and the grass.  I matted with brown cardstock.  The sentiment is also from Repeat Impressions.  I embossed the card base for more texture.
