Happy Anniversary, Vicki and Gary!

This card is for my friend Vicki and her husband Gary.  They celebrated their wedding anniversary yesterday, on the Fourth.  The sunflower stamp is from Repeat Impressions.  I watercolored it and added FlowerSoft to the center.  I cut it with a Nestability and drew the dashed lines before removing the die.  The matting is also done with a Nestability.  The patterned paper is from Die Cuts With a View.  The matting is Always Artichoke, from Stampin' Up!  The sentiment is from Hero Arts.
