Repeat Impressions WHAT IF? Wednesday Sketch

Time for another Repeat Impressions WHAT IF? For my card, I used Tulip Bouquet. I stamped it on watercolor paper and used Stampin' Up! inks and an AquaPainter. The matting is all Deja Views paper. The sentiment is also from Repeat Impressions.
