Fall-To Layout #172

I made this card for Natasha's new Fall-To Layout (#172.) You can find her sketch here. I'm sure most of you are pretty sick of Christmas cards, but I am thoroughly enjoying making more of them! I think I could make them all year long. (And this year I plan on doing just that! I have thirteen done for this year so far.)

The ornament on this card is a sticker I bought at Michael's after Christmas at half off. It's attached to a scalloped circle - both cut with Nestabilities. The patterned paper is from a Winter matstack from Die Cuts With a View. I love the font on this sentiment, which is from Repeat Impressions.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

  2. Oh Lynette, I really do like the bright, crisp look to this card. Good on you for not packing away your Christmas stamps at the end of the season.

  5. Lynette, this is simply gorgeous. You've got such a good idea for colour and balance - all your cards have such lovely composition and a "less is more" feel which makes them all very striking.

Thank you for your lovely comments on my blog. So glad you liked my wedding photos and the video about my hubby's card. I had such fun doing that, and making the video brought it all back, and also our lovely wedding day.

A very happy new year to you!

    Hugs,
