Colorful Spring Tulips

Just a springy birthday card for today. The stamp is from Northwoods and I colored it with Copics. I used black cardstock punched with a Stampin' Up! border punch for the matting. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink. The card base is Very Vanilla from SU! and the image panel is lightly textured ivory.
