"Christmas Sunday" - Finally!

I finally have another Christmas card to share with you. I just haven't had the time to make any. Granted, this one didn't take much time, but it sure felt good to make one:)

I used Stampin' Up!'s Soft Sky to brayer on the Cuttlebug folder before embossing. The sentiment is from an Inkadinkado set. I matted with Soft Sky, also. I am entering this into the Christmas Card Challenge blog. The theme this week is to make a window card, but the basic challenge is to just make a Christmas card.
I also wanted to thank Shoshi for the blog award she has bestowed upon me. It's the "Versatile Blogger" award. Thanks so much, Shoshi! Shoshi's blog is certainly versatile. She is one extremely talented person who does so many things very, very well. I appreciate the honor. I just don't have time to fulfill the "requirements" of the award, but it's cool to be mentioned.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

  3. Some days it just feels good to make the simplest of cards. :) I like the idea of brayering the folder which makes the design stand out.

  4. I really need to try this brayering technique again. I wasn't happy with my results the one time I had a go at it. This card is so beautiful and simple. I really love it.
