Flutter By Wednesday #237 - A Sketch

Today's card is for the new Flutter By Wednesday challenge, which is the sketch below. Thanks to all of you who joined last week's challenge and I hope you'll join us again! Please make your card using the following sketch and remember to add your butterfly or fairy. Then link your card up to the Flutter By Wednesday blog.

For my card, I used my Stampin' Up! Serene Silhouettes again. I stamped it using a Kaleidacolor ink pad and added teeny tiny gems to the flower centers. I cut it and the matting with Circle Nestabilities. I embossed the purple layer with a Sizzix folder and the white layer with a Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder. I matted the white with black and added larger gems to follow the sketch. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink. We'd love to have you play along.
Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

  6. Would you believe I just now figured out that the Flutterby challenge always includes a butterfly or a fairy? I recently realized I have about a zillion butterfly and fairy stamps. Next time I use one I'll have to check out the challenge. This is such a pretty and delicate image. I like the rainbow ink and the sketch, too.
