Snowflake Christmas

A couple weeks ago, I received my first Darice die - this snowflake border. The die actually cuts off the bottom of it, but I positioned part of the die under the cardstock so it only cut the border. I did the embossing with a Darice border embossing folder and I scored the lines. The sentiment is embossed in silver. The cardbase is a textured navy blue. I didn't use white! LOL!

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

  1. Blue and white is a totally striking color combo. The border type of dies are really growing on me.

  3. Lynette, this is stunning! So simple, but WOW! What an impact. The white on white of the border and embossin just pops off that dare background. Beautiful!!!

  8. This is a beautiful card. I love the border die. I have many Darice embossing folders, but I didn't know they had dies. Where did you find them? They have the embossing folders at JoAnn's in Rochester, but I haven't seen any dies there yet. I've been watching for a long time but haven't posted. I love your cards!
