Birthday Wishes

I started with the rectangular, die-cut piece that I cut with a friend's die when I was in Omaha.

 I sponged yellow ink around the edge of it. Then I stamped the flower image from Penny Black. I colored it with Copics. I matted with black. The sentiment is from Scrappy Cat. I added flower centers with a Pearl Pen. The patterned paper is from Recollections.

    Lovely design and color scheme. I've drooled over the stitched frames for a while, they sure add a nice touch!

    I love it when you stamp, Lynette. It's nice to think you're enjoying some time just for you. Pretty blooms and I love the orange. Your yellow sponging adds a real warmth to the image panel and it looks so expertly applied.
