Another card using the Gina K set called "Vogue Vases." I stamped the image with green ink on white, and with black ink on the patterned paper. I cut out the flowers from the patterned paper and glued them to the white cardstock. I added pearls for the centers. I stamped the sentiment with black. I used the same patterned paper for the matting. I used a Cuttlebug border folder and used a sanding block on it. I also scored three lines with my scoring tool and sanded those down, as well.
Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!
Really love this one. That sanded embossed border really makes a wonderful finish for the cute design.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty, Lynette! I have a "thing" for leaves that are real delicate like that. Love your arrangement on the crisp white, and the embossed, sanded border is fabulous. That EF set is one of my favorites. Now you make me want to get it out and make a point of using it. You know how I love sanding, too. This is just real outstanding in my book!
