Color Swap Hello

I made this card for a swap in our stamping group. It's a color challenge and the colors are two shades of pink. I stamped the "hello" (from Stampin' Up!'s Vivid Greetings) with a lighter pink. I mounted on foam squares. I cut the layered panels with Memory Box stitched dies. The swirl was done with a Memory box die, also. I used a Darice embossing folder on the white layer.

I am linking this up to the CropStop challenge, which is "Anything Goes."

Edited to add: Suzy - this card is standard A2 size - 5.5 x 4.25.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

  1. Love those two shades of pretty pink! Pink is pretty much always okay by me. I really like the greeting stamp and flourish die cut, too. Okay, and the embossed panel. Very nice, Lynette!

  2. Lynette what size are your cards? Especially this one? I love the combo and I have a color combo of grey and orange that I would like to do this same way. Thanks,
    Suzy

  3. Suzy - almost all of my cards are "standard" size - 5.5 x 4.25 inches. If they vary from that, I add the size to my post. Thanks for your comment.
