Sparkly Anniversary Wishes

I had this matted piece of sparkly paper in my "card parts" box. I stamped and matted the sentiment - from Papertrey Ink. Then I stamped the flower image from Inkadinkado directly on the sparkly paper and colored it with Copic markers. Didn't turn out all that great, but it's all I've got for today:)

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

  2. I think your card is very pretty, Lynette! You don't give yourself enough credit. The sparkle really makes it special, and what a good idea to stamp and color right on the sparkle. I've not yet tried that, so thanks for the inspiration.

  3. Really? You stamped right on the glitter paper? It turned out so pretty! I don't see how it's not "all that great". I think it's beautiful! Makes me want to give it a try. Until I read your description I was thinking you embossed with glittery powder over top of the colored image. I haven't done that in a while and it was always a favorite technique. Now you've got me thinking.

  5. It's so funny how we see our cards and how others see them! When this popped in your Bloglovin' thumbnails, it was so soft and dreamy and schparkly that I had to come and take a closer look! I love it, Lynette!! Happy Holiday Hugs! Darnell
