Super-Simple Birthday

I was going to toss the scraps that had accumulated at my paper cutter, and found these two pieces in the pile. I just couldn't throw them out, and therefore this card was created:) The patterned paper is from a Paper Studio matstack and the sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.
