Birthday Balloon

I had a small piece of the patterned paper on my table, so I found a die that fit - a balloon with a stitched edge. I cut four out of white, also, and layered them. I added a sticker - gotta use them up, too! I mounted the balloon on foam squares and added some twine. I embossed the background and matted with green.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

  1. Love the card! I love the way you added the layer at an angle. The embossed background is different than the embossing folder I have. I really like yours!

  2. Your card has such a fresh look to it. I think that's because of the spring green color you used along with lots of white. I love that your balloon is plaid. Don't you wish there were plaid balloons in real life? Good work!

  4. Oh, gosh, I love this! Instant smile! That's a really cute embossing folder, different from the one or two bday folders I have. You know how I love embossing folders. I do have a couple of folders I haven't used yet. Must get busy on that.
