Birthday with Scraps

I've been saving my thin strips of patterned paper and thought I would use a few of them. I stamped the sentiment, from Gina K, onto a strip of ivory cardstock and embossed a couple lines with my Scor-Buddy. I added the patterned paper strips, along with the solid green. The cardbase is ivory, also.

    Your paper strips and ink all coordinate so nicely. Together, they made a pretty card.

    Ahh, more beautiful inspiration! I'm pretty sure I still have some of that gorgeous paper. If not, I've got a hole in my head for giving it away. Now I'll have to go look.

    That paper looks familiar. I really like what you did with the strips. When I have scraps like that from cutting dsp, I put them in a little plastic bag along with the unused sheets.....hoping to use them up.....someday? Love your card!
