Thinking of You Flowers

Another "throwback" card. A picture of one like this appeared on our Echo Show and I thought I needed to make another one. The watering can stamp is a very old one from Stampin' Up! I colored it with Copics, then I cut it, and the matting layer, with Nestabilities. I popped the panel up with foam squares. The sentiment is from Gina K.

    You make the best cards with those little stamps. Your coloring is perfect. This card would be a great way to let a friend know how much they are appreciated.
