Winter Birthday Wishes

I'm still working on using up backgrounds, etc. I've had this background for almost 15 years! It has silver in it, so I went with silver embellishments. The stamps and dies for the snowflakes and the sentiment are from Gina K. The sentiment has four layers beneath the stamped layer.

    Very pretty. Though it makes me cold looking at it while it's 3 degrees F here! BRRRRR

    15 years is definitely a long time to hang onto a background panel. It's very pretty, though, and looks great with those silver snowflakes. I've really been trying to use up some of my old stuff, but it's a losing a battle.
