Wishing You a Happy Day


Here is the leaf that I tried using a few days ago that just didn't work. I think it's a bit large for this card, too, but I used it anyway. (I had already put it in my trash, but salvaged it!) It is a left-over from Brutus Monroe from my Scrapbook and Cards Today card class from last year. The text is a rub-on. The patterned paper is from Gina K, as is the sentiment.

    I think your card looks great. And it would work well as a masculine birthday card. What I have learned from selling so many cards at the thrift store is that even if I don't care for a specific card design, someone else will love it (and buy it!).

    I think it's true what Cheryl said -- your discard is another's perfect card, and someone will find this to be just the masculine card they were looking for!
