Layered Flowers and Leaves
These dies are from a year ago, too. They are from Altenew. I made some of these pieces last January and then I made several of them a few days ago. Eventually you will see them on cards, I hope! The strips on the bottom of the card were leftovers from previous cards.
I actually have several more cards to share with you, but I think I will wait until after the holidays. We are hosting a couple events and our daughter and family will be here after Christmas until New Year's Day, so it's a busy time. (You never know, though, I may get bored and feel I have to share something. LOL! After all, I DO have, as of today, three more cards to share with Gina's 12 Days of Christmas box.)
Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!
The flowers are all so pretty, and I absolutely love the idea of using the different size strips across the bottom of your card front. It's such a simple idea, but one that would never have occured to me. Thank you for sharing it. I'm definitely going to use it in the future.
Oooh, that's a pretty flower, and I really like the strippy card design! Sometimes it's the most fun just to sit and make parts, whether stamping and coloring or die cutting. ps: Got your letter. Thanks!
I appreciate that you have taken the time to visit my blog, and I'm happy that you have decided to leave me a comment. It truly means a lot to me! Have a wonderful day.

ReplyDeleteA beautiful CAS card, Lynette. Looking forward to seeing what you create with the other flowers you've made.
