A very simple card for Repeat Impressions Stamp of the Week. It's such an adorable stamp that it can work all by itself. Please visit the Repeat Impressions blog, The House That Stamps Built, for all the details you need to get this darling stamp for 50% off, through next Sunday. You can find the fawn on this page. Also be sure to check out the other Design Team member's blogs for their creations.
I stamped the image on white cardstock with Versafine Onyx Black ink. I colored it with a Sharpie marker, because I didn't have anything else that seemed fawn-y to me! The nose and hoof were colored with a Stampin' Up! marker, and the shadow was done with a Copic marker. I drew the line around the edge using my Tim Holtz ruler and a black SU! marker. It's matted on some paper from a scrap pack. I thought it matched the fawn exactly:) The sentiment is also from Repeat Impressions.
Also, don't forget to make your card for the WHAT IF? Wednesday challenge! You can find the sketch and the details here. You have until 5:00 p.m. Eastern time tomorrow (September 21) to submit your card and be eligible for the $25 gift certificate. There will be a new challenge on Wednesday, so be sure to check back!
