Time for a new WHAT IF? Wednesday challenge from Repeat Impressions. Using the sketch above, create your card, upload it, and link it to the Repeat Impressions blog, The House That Stamps Built. Your entry will earn you a chance to win a $25 gift certificate from Repeat Impressions. While you're there, check out the other awesome cards by the Rock Stars. Or follow these links to their blogs:
For my card, I went with a simple Christmas card. The snowflake and sentiment are both from last year's new Christmas stamps. You can find them here, or the full sheet is available here at an awesome price. (Check out the other full sheets, too.) I used circle Nestabilities for the image panel and mounted it on Dimensionals. The patterned paper is from a Dies Cuts With a View Winter matstack.
Remember, you still have almost a week to make your shaker card and enter it for a chance to win one of those full unmounted sheets of rubber. Details can be found here.
Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!
That is a very nice card. Love the snowflake in the circle. Way cool
ReplyDeleteI like the simple sketch. My kind of style. I think your simple Chrismas card came out very pretty.

That's lovely, Lynette! I must try one of those sketch challenges one day. It's a great idea.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comments on my blog! I sorted it out for you - so easy to do, hit the wrong key and there's no going back lol!! When I first started following you I felt a bond because you lived in Plymouth!!! I'd love to show your "our" Plymouth - we don't live there any more but only about 3/4 hr's drive away. Think Spanish Armada, Francis Drake, Pilgrim Fathers!!!
What a great CAS card! Sorry I have been so negligent in commenting on the team cards- just so busy with life:) But as always, your card is super!
ReplyDeleteLook at you getting a heard start on Christmas cards... :D I'm jealous!
ReplyDeleteLove the two blues together; so CAS; so beautiful!!
Wonderful CAS card Lynette! I love the blue and snowflake!
ReplyDeleteThe blues make a very pretty card for a snowflake. CAS.....my favorite kind to make. :)
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely wonderful Christmas card! I love that it's so CAS. This is the route I'll need to take if I don't get busy soon. I appreciate the inspiration!
