I think I have a new style and it's called "purple!" LOL! For some reason, when I sit down to make a card these days, purple markers jump into my hand:) I colored the image with Copics and cut it out with a Circle Nestability. I used a marker to go around the edge of the circle before mounting it on Dimensionals and then on to the doily, which was given to me from a friend. (Thanks, Annie! I'm still using them.) The background papers are from a matstack from Recollections. Right up until I actually adhered the image to the card, it had been designed to be a top-fold card. But, this is the way it ended up, and I like it this way. It's all ready for me to add a sentiment when I'm going to use it.
Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!
Very very pretty. I noticed that you are using a lot of purple and it is beautiful! Boy this fits so nice on the doily, doesn't it? Beautiful card
ReplyDeleteLynette, I love purple too! I love this card with its pretty doily background. Great stuff!
ReplyDeleteThanks for yet another awesome comment - you really are very kind! Zentangles are too addictive - I'm not getting other things done once I get stuck in!
