For my card, I used two of the tiny bird images. (You can find them both on this page.) I colored them with Copics and punched them with a Martha Stewart punch. I mounted them on rounded-corner squares cut with a die from Papertrey Ink and matted them with black. I mounted the entire panel on Pop Dots. The sentiment is part of a stamp found on this page. I matted that with black also and mounted on Pop Dots. The background paper is from a matstack from Recollections.
