Happy Mother's Day


Here are the two cards I made for our mothers this year. They are basically the same, but different colors and a couple other little changes. The flowers stamp is from Serene Silhouettes from Stampin' Up! I inked it first with Gumball Green and used markers for the flowers and "thumped" some darker green on the grass, stems and leaves. I used an EK Success punch for the border. I added "bling" to the flowers in the sentiment, which is from Verve. The image panel on the first one is mounted on Dimensionals.

    Lynette, these are both so pretty! I think I like the border best at the top, but both are simply beautiful. Great thumping!!!

    Two beautiful cards! I was just admiring this stamp set and Gumball Green today. Got the new catalog. Guess I'll have a big order in June... sigh...
