In my "card parts" box, I came across the stamped background for this card, and also the vellum stamped with "Happy Anniversary." All I had to do was trim them down, mat them with green cardstock, and adhere to a card base. I'm pretty sure the roses were stamped with a multi-step stamp set from Kitchen Sink, and I'm also pretty sure the sentiment is from Verve.
Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!
You are really getting a lot of card parts used up. This one is so pretty. Doesn't it feel good to get to the bottom?
ReplyDeleteYou're making great cards using up the card parts! This is beautiful! The vellum over the flowers is lovely!
ReplyDeleteOh! I really like this one! The flowers look so real.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely GORGEOUS!!!!!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty!
ReplyDeleteGreat idea to use card parts! The vellum gives such a subtle effect over the flowers - I did this once with a musical instrument card and was thrilled with the result. A technique to remember to use, definitely.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your lovely comment, Lynette - yes, they are a great team and we have tremendous fun! They are hard at work, and each time we go, we notice a difference. The electrician is there today and I think he's working on my ARTHaven so maybe next week I can start putting things in there!! I can't wait...
