This is the card that we gave to Jim's mom for Mother's Day. (Actually, it's still on our kitchen table. We went to visit her yesterday, and Jim forgot the card! It will be mailed to her.)
I'm not sure who makes the flowers. They were stamped last year at our Group Gathering. I used a Kaliedacolor ink pad. I used Star Dust Stickles on all of the flowers. The sentiment is from Verve. I added an enamel dot on the flower in the sentiment. Happy Mother's Day to all of you mothers. Kind of a sad one for me. We always visited my mom on the day before Mother's Day, too:(
Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!
Hi Lynette, Love your Mothers's Day card. Your Mother-in-Law will love it!
ReplyDeleteI am sorry that today will be hard for you because your Mom has passed away. I think the first Mothers' day is the hardest when we lose our Mothers.I hope that you will see your children today and that you can still have a nice Mother's day. Smile. :)
Mary
Happy Mother's Day to you Lynette. Wrap yourself in your memories today. Love your card and I think the flowers are Rubbernecker. I have that stamp I think but everything is torn up right now and can't put my fingers on it.
ReplyDeleteAnother beauty! The flowers are spectacular, both in form and in the gorgeous rainbow of colors. It's a bittersweet day for you. Please think of your mom and smile. I know she would want you to.
ReplyDeleteSending hugs - losing a mom is hard - I miss mine every day!
ReplyDeleteSo, sorry for your sadness today, but I totally understand. I lost my mother when I was only in my thirties, so I have always felt somewhat cheated of time I wish we had had. Mother's Day was always one of the most difficult days for me for many years.
ReplyDeleteI remember you creating this gorgeous flower panel! Happy mothers day to you though I know it is a bittersweet day.
ReplyDeleteThe flowers are so bright and beautiful
ReplyDeleteBEAUTIFUL Lynette..I love the colours...gorgeous.
