Today is our son and daughter-in-law's eleventh wedding anniversary, and this is the card that I made for them.
This is a side stair-step card. (If you want to see other stair-step cards that I have made, along with instructions, you can follow this link.) The matting was done with glittery paper from Die Cuts With a View - kind of greenish, bluish, silvery. The flower design on the left was done from silver foil cardstock. I embossed the sentiment (from Papertrey Ink) with silver detail embossing powder. The wedding couple was also embossed with silver. The stamp is from an Inkadinkado set. It is matted with silver in addition to the glitter paper.
Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!
What a lovely card! Step cards are always special.
ReplyDeleteThis is just lovely....that die cut panel is absolutely perfect! I know they will love this card from you!
ReplyDeleteLynette, such a beautiful card! Our daughter will be married 11 yrs. next year and this looks like something I'd like to send them. Thank you for your inspiration and talent!!
ReplyDeleteGosh, the die cut and stamping all fit so perfectly on your stair step card. Even though you have all these fabulous samples I still have trouble deciding what to put on them. You make it look so easy! This is gorgeous. Happy anniversary to the kids!
