Sympathy Butterfly

I promise - I'm getting close to using up the stamp-offs that I've had for years. At least for a while, anyway. I may just put a few away again:) This butterfly was stamped with black dye ink and embossed with some sparkly embossing powder. I matted with black and mounted on foam squares. I added a wide strip of black and the sentiment, which is from Kaisercraft.

    I'm enjoying all the cards you're making with your stamp offs. You have some great images and, sheesh, most everything I use is older. Your designs are always so well thought out. This works beautifully for a sympathy card.

    I think the simplicity of this design is a perfect match for the sentiment. It's sad that we have to keep these in our stash, but I know how much I appreciate having one ready when it's needed.
