I made four of these cards, using up the last bits of sheets of 12 x 12 papers. The stamps are from Gina K. Once again, I stamped with amalgam ink before coloring with Copics, so the ink didn't smear. Then I did the coloring, and then I stamped using Versafine ink. I sure do love my MISTI. I remember when I got it many years ago. I had a REALLY REALLY hard time justifying the cost. It was certainly worth it!
Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!
That's such a pretty image, and I love the way it spreads across the squares. Your coloring job is perfect!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty. You did a great job placing the pieces. I struggle with that a lot. I never seem to get them even let alone knowing what size to cut them. Your cards are nicely done.
ReplyDeleteI remember seeing the MISTI for the first time when we were in Des Moines one year I had thought it was too expensive but after seeing it used, I invested in what turns out to be a favorite tool..........and now I also have 2 Mini MISTIs. Such a pretty design on your cards
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards, Lynette. I love the layout of the design.

Wow, gorgeous x 2! Love the designs using the combo of stamps and designer papers. I had a hard time talking myself into the MISTI, too. There are some things it's perfect for and I'm sure glad I have it.
