May Calendar Page

Happy May Day! Does anyone else remember making May baskets, filling them with candy, delivering them to the door, ringing the doorbell and then running away so you didn't get a kiss? :-)

Here is my calendar page for the month. The stamps are from Gina K and I colored with Copics.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

  1. So pretty! I absolutely do remember making and delivering May baskets. My favorite person to deliver them to was my dad. He had a restaurant in a small Montana town at that time and I would deliver them to the back door of the restaurant where he was cooking the meals. He would actually take time to chase after me, grab me and give me a kiss. I'm sure it didn't take him more than a couple seconds, but it's a warm, fuzzy memory of him.

  3. What a pretty little May garden! I loved making May baskets in school. I don't know if kids still do things like that, but the May baskets are certainly a sweet gesture.
