Flutter By Wednesday - Anniversary/Love/Wedding

A new Flutter By Wednesday challenge starts today. In honor of Danni's Anniversary (which is today!), the theme for this week's challenge is Love/Wedding/Anniversary. We are sponsored this week by A Day For Daisies. One lucky participant will receive a $12 gift certificate towards digital images at A Day for Daisies. So, be sure to post your card - including a butterfly or fairy, of course - to your blog or on-line gallery and then link it up to the Flutter By Wednesday post.

 The members of the design team were allowed to choose a digital image to work with for today. I chose this cute little Carnation Pixie. I paper-pieced her dress and the flowers. I colored the rest with Copics and added glitter to the wings. I matted with black and mounted on Dimensionals. The papers are all from a Recollections matstack. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.

    This is the very image I would choose! So cute! Love how you paper pieced the flowers and her little fairy outfit. The sparkly wings are so pretty!
