Another Tonic-Punched Card

Another card using my Tonic border punch system - this time using the flowers. I punched them from vellum and scored the lines. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink and is embossed with white embossing powder.

For my "Anonymous" commenter yesterday (thank you!): I have had the Tonic system for several years. They were all gifts from a friend. (I have five punches.) I did find a few of them on Amazon here. I have never ordered from this next place (nor have I even heard of them) but here is another place that sells them.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

  1. After seeing your Tonic punch designs on your cards, it is my goal to get mine out again. Love this one with the flowers. It's one of the punches I have.

  2. Love your card but have to plead ignorance regarding the Tonic punch. Looked at the info you provided but it didn't sink in. Thanks, too, for the precise way you describe your cards and give such helpful info on products you use.

  3. Thanks so much for replying to my question about the Tonic punch system. I really like this flower punch you used today. And there have been many other Tonic punches I have seen here and there that I have really liked.

I did check out the links you shared. I do shop with Amazon from time to time and have actually heard of Creative Play, though I've never ordered anything from them.

I probably don't need to be looking at yet another punch system or any punches period since I already own more than I will probably ever use. Between Martha Stewart, Fiskars, EK, Punch Bunch and a few other odds and ends my punch collection is becoming almost more than I can contain! LOL! I definitely need to start participating in some of those "use your stash" challenges that I see around the Internet! :)

  4. That's a pretty flower punch! The sentiment looks so crisp embossed on the vellum, and you really captured it well in your photo. I just love the purple!
