I made this card for Natasha's Clean & Simple Fall-To Layout #104. You can find the sketch here.
The solid colors are Stampin' Up! I used my Martha Stewart scoring tool on them. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink's Birthday Basics set. I believe I got the ribbon at Michael's. The patterned paper is some that I received in my recent blog candy.
