Welcome to the first-ever Repeat Impressions Blog Hop! I'm excited to be a part of it!
Repeat Impressions has new Christmas stamps that will be available soon. We are celebrating by having a blog hop. How cool! All you have to do is visit the blogs of all the Repeat Impressions “Rock Stars.” (They are listed below. For now, at least, the links may be to the blogs, and not the specific blog posts. I’ll try to update the links as soon as possible. EDITED TO ADD: I have updated the links so they are all to the Blog Hop posts. You can also find information on the RI blog, The House That Stamps Built.) On each blog, you will find a key word. After you collect all the words, email Wendy (wendy@repeatimpressions.com) with all the words to be eligible for the blog candy. If you can use all the words to create the correct phrase, you will have earned yourself TWO chances for the blog candy! You must complete the hop and email Wendy all the words and/or the phrase no later than 10 p.m. eastern time on Monday, August 16. The blog candy for this hop ... an unmounted sheet of the new Christmas Penguins, of course!
My keyword is "NEW."

I have created five cards with these great stamps. For this first card, I colored the image with Stampin' Up! markers. I added Flowersoft to the wreath. I also added Stickles to the white part of the penguin's hat. The red was embossed with a Cuttlebug border folder. The sentiment is from the new stamps, too.
For this second card, I paper-pieced the stars with a shimmery copper paper. I added fairy dust glitter for the snow. The matting is the same copper paper, which I embossed with a Cuttlebug folder.
I again used SU! markers to color this cute fellow. I used Diamond Glaze over the candy cane and Stickles on his hat. The red is embossed with an Impressability and then rubbed with a white ink pad. The snowflake on the bottom is from Stampin' Up!
I cut this penguin out and mounted him on a black oval which I had cut with a Nestability. I put Stickles on the clear ornament he is holding. I scored the red background with my Martha Stewart scoring tool.
For this penguin's ornament, I used Diamond Glaze. The background is stamped using snowflakes from the same sheet of stamps. The ribbon is self-adhesive. The stamp is a part of a stamp from the new stamps. The matting and bottom layer is shimmery gold paper.
I hope you're still with me! My, what a long post!! Have a great time visiting all the RI Rock Stars' blogs, and good luck! The prize is awesome - ALL the new stamps on an unmounted sheet! (All the stamps I used on these cards are included, and many more!)
Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!
You have out done yourself. I love them all.
