A Couple of Thank You Cards

These flowers were made recently by me, and I really wanted to use them up. A friend wanted some thank you notes, so that's what I made with them. I have more thank yous to share with you tomorrow.

The flowers were made with dies. I sponged ink on them and used black glossy flower centers - made with a punch. The patterned paper on the left side was done with scraps. You recently saw the paper from this first card, and you will see it again soon. I have now used up the whole 12 x 12 sheet! The sentiment is from Gina K.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

Cute cards. LOVE that die cut flower. The top card has such a warm feeling to it.

Love that cute flower! You're making great use of that die! It feels really good when you take a 12 x 12 piece of paper and get the entire piece used up! I'm trying!

These turned out super cute. The flower has a retro look. It makes me think of the 70s.

These are cute as can be, Lynette! Pretty script and I love the fun and simplicity of the flowers. Feels good to use up the last of that one sheet, doesn't it? One 12 x 12 can seem to go on and on forever!
