Update on my hand: the surgery site is healing amazingly well. The surgery was not quite three weeks ago and the stitches were removed just six days ago. It's practically all healed up already. However, I think it's going to take a long time for the full range of motion to return. I'm just hoping that it DOES! I'm actually going out golfing this morning. Wish me luck! LOL!

Beautiful card. Great job repurposing cards. Adding some color to the word piece really helped it blend in nicely. And good luck golfing. I'm sure you'll get your range of motion back, it just takes time and work.

I love the idea of repurposing commercial cards like this. The paper you used is amazing, and I like how you added just a bit of color to the sentiment panel. I have quite a few bits saved that I use every now and then. You've had good recovery from your hand surgery! I wish you the best with recovering range of motion. Gradual use and time will probably bring better results.
