Birthday Balloons

All of these balloons were in my card parts, but they are all used up now. The larger balloons on this first one are mounted on foam squares. I cut the bottom part of the balloon panel off and added a thin strip of black. The sentiment is from Gina K. I used a shimmery pen to add the strings to each balloon.

For this one, I mounted the top-most balloon on foam squares. The "strings" are die-cut also. I matted with black a piece of patterned paper. The sentiment, from Gina K, is stamped, matted, and mounted on foam squares.

Die-Cut Birds - Hello, Birthday, Anniversary

I had these die-cut birds and the already-made backgrounds in my card parts. Hard to see in this first one is the white sentiment. It's easy to see in real life.

The sentiments on these last two cards were printed on my printer.

Embossed Wedding?

Both the 3D-embossed background and the matted sentiment panel were in my card parts. I simply matted the background and put them together. The sentiment is mounted on foam squares. I think this would work for a wedding card.

Simple Daisy Birthday

I used a friend's dies to cut this daisy. I colored the flower center and the stem and popped it up on foam squares. The sentiment is from Stampin' Up! The card base is ivory.

I will have several posts over the next couple weeks with cards using up some of my card parts. Not much information about them, since they have been in my "parts" for a LONG time. The background is delicate glitter paper and I added Stickles to the die-cut sentiment.

Happy Anniversary

I got a new embossing folder from Gina K, and had to test it out. It's large, and so I cut the panel in half and had enough to make two of these cards. The sentiment is old and wood-mounted and is from PSX, I believe. I matted it and mounted it on foam squares. I also added three sequins from Gina K.

More Christmas Cards???

Well, here are two more Christmas cards. I came across this embossing folders/stamps set and just had to use them again. The set is from Recollections. Quite simple - embossed backgrounds and stamped images/sentiment. I also added a couple Nuvo drops on each cards.

Cards for Baby

This teddy bear was another stamp that I kept from the stamps that were given to me. I did finally get the rest all given away. I used three different sets of colors for them. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink. The panels are matted and mounted on foam squares. These first two use an Anna Griffen/Cuttlebug folder and the last one uses a Paper Studio folder.

Old Hero Arts Flowers

And the last of my cards using my "gifted" stamps. This set is a wood-mounted set from Hero Arts. I used a variegated ink pad and clear embossing powder over it. The sentiment was also wood-mounted and from my gifted stamps.
