One-Sheet Wonder

I have, for a long time, wanted to try the "One-Sheet Wonder." It was finally time:) My friend, Michele, has this post of her design for cutting the 12 x 12 sheet, and also the cards she made with her pieces. Looking back at it now, I see that she matted her pieces with black. I like that better. Wish I had matted mine! Maybe next time. Anyway, here are my fourteen cards. All cardstock is off-white. I will put my cards in the order of Michele's pieces. I cut my pieces the same as hers (with a little exception) but didn't follow her layouts for all of them. I used a Memory Box die for the rectangles with sentiments in them.

Lynette, this is something I have often looked at but never tried. You've inspired me. What a great way to do a lot of cards that are not exactly the same! TFS

Wow! Michele's cards were awesome matted in black with the paper and bold sentiments she used, but with your softer colors I think they look much better just as they are. This is a really beautiful set, Lynette. I wouldn't change a thing. Seriously.

Same papers but so many different looks! Very pretty using that paper! I may have to try some with the many dps that I have.

These look great. I just made a heap of OSW cards for the troops over in OZ and enjoyed being able to change them about a bit. eg the ones with the diagonal cut I went in the other direction too. I used so many of my precious saved flowers and other embellishments as well. Why do we save items then years later wonder why haven't I used them?? lol

TFS That paper is sooooo Pretty too.
