A scrap of patterned paper was the basis of this card. I added thin strips of green on the top and bottom of it. I found the Swiss Dots embossed pieces in my card parts book and, cut in two, they fit perfectly on the top and bottom of the card. Added the sentiment and called it done. :-)

Love at first sight! I was struck by how pretty the paper is. I keep those embossed scraps, too. Just look how handy these dots were. Perfect!
