Window Birthday

This is sort of a left-over piece from my SCT class. For one company, I was supposed to cut out a window similar to this one. I thought I would do it on my Cameo Silhouette, since I had no die to cut out this shape. However, my Silhouette would not work with my computer! So, I left it for quite a while. A week or two ago, a friend came over and fixed my problem. So, I now had four pieces like this. I glued them together for sturdiness. Then I thought a silhouette stamp would be good behind the window, so I ink blended and added the stamp from Gina K. I think the sentiment is from Gina K, too, but I'm not certain because it came from my card parts. The background was embossed with a Cuttlebug folder.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

Love this! I really like the embossing behind the window. I may have to steal that idea as I have more window frames to use up.

Wow, this is gorgeous with the scene outside! Really spectacular. The embossing has the look of a textured wall board. A totally beautiful card, Lynette!
