I like them all. You have a lot of fun die cuts!
I think it's a great idea to choose three coordinating cardstocks and make three different cards with this die-set. It certainly speeds up the process, and they all look great! I also like the strip of patterned paper you added to the third one.
I like this particular grid pattern. This die gives you a lot of bang for your buck! Very festive cards!
