The flowers (and the little butterfly on this first card) were fussy-cut from a thank you card that we received. I love the colors and they matched so perfectly with papers from a recently received paper pad. The sentiment is from Gina K.
Same papers and flowers and the sentiment is again from Gina K. I added the flowers onto a die-cut oval.
Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

These are so pretty. How nice to find matching papers for your card parts. I really enjoy repurposing cards. I got some handmade Christmas cards from the thrift store that had been in with a bunch of other donated craft items. They needed some work, so I removed some parts (like very bumpy plastic embellishments) and added die-cuts and other mailable embellishments. I will now donate them back to the store.
Great idea of fussy cutting images from old cards received. Your papers do match the images perfectly and your layouts are lovely.
Beautiful! The papers are a great match and I can see these colors and patterns being very useful in card designs. You would not want to waste those pretty card parts! People do a lot with purchased ephemera these days and you're wise to use what's right there at your fingertips!
