Birthday Flowers

Two more flowery birthday cards for today. Both of the flowers and the sentiments are from Gina K. The flowers used stamps, stencils and dies. The flowers and sentiments are all popped up with foam squares.

You Are There For Me

I stamped the image panel using all Gina K stamps. I used a die to emboss the matting layer on which to add the stamped panel. That's it! I have recently discovered how pretty Gina's ink Moonlit Fog is, which I've had for many years. I just love it! Such a soft grayish-green.

Glittery Christmas Greetings

Also included in Gina K's 12 Days of Christmas box were three small bottles of glitter - gold, silver and clear. I used a brass stencil and some double-sided sticky paper to add gold glitter through the stencil and then removed the stencil and added the clear glitter. I matted with gold mirror cardstock. I had already used a die to embossed the rectangle on the panel. The sentiment is from Gina K.

Flowery Birthday Wishes

The stencil set used to make these flower and also the sentiment (with dies) were from Gina K's 12 Days of Christmas box. I die-cut the flower panel and matted it with matching pink cardstock. I also added three black "nail head" stickers.

Butterfly Hugs

Included in Gina K's 12 Days of Christmas box was some "splatter." I splattered it on some black cardstock, and decided to just add some butterflies from my parts. I added a die-cut "hugs" cut from the same mirror cardstock as the butterflies. I also matted the black panel with the same mirror cardstock.

Gate-Fold Cards

These two gate-fold dies were part of Gina K's 12 Days of Christmas box. I cut them out of various papers. I added some pre-cut butterflies to this first one. Before adding them to the card, i added some white cardstock behind them which I fussy-cut. The sentiment was from the box, too.

These flowers are also from Gina K. They were foiled in gold and then colored using stencils.

These last two cards were done with the other die in the set. I decided to do a top/bottom open gate fold. Again, flowers from Gina K using stamps, dies and stencils.

And one more using Gina's stamps and dies.

Card Part Flowers

More card parts. These flowers were in the card parts book. They had been die-cut and embossed at the same time. I had used a white-core cardstock and sanded it down to expose the white and texture. I added a thin strip of green for the stems. The sentiment is from Gina K. I made these two cards, and also a third one, which is a combination of the two - blue background with a single blue flower.

Simple Sympathy

The flower was in my card parts. It's from Gina K and done with stamps, die and stencils. The sentiment is from Gina K, also, I believe. I added nail head stickers. The flower is on a die-cut rectangle left-over.

Tiara Twin Frames

These frames were in the 12 Days of Christmas box from Gina K. Similar, with one being round and one oval. The birds were from my parts, and I'm quite certain they are from Gina K, also, as is the sentiment. I added some black sequins to this first card.

The sentiment for this one is from Gina K. Two all Gina K cards. :-)

Sympathy

I have several cards to post using items from my 12 Days of Christmas box from Gina K. For these cards, the new toy is the background stamp. The flowers and sentiments are all from Gina K, also. The sentiment is popped up on this first card. The flowers are all colored with stencils that coordinate with the stamps.

These flowers were cut out with the coordinating dies. I added three little nail head stickers.

Foxy Birthday

I do believe that this cute little fox has been in my parts since last January. I still have several more pieces to use that I made then. The dies are from Gina K. I cut out the frame with a die, also. I brushed a little green ink very lightly on the frame. The frame is popped up, as is the fox. The sentiment came from my parts, too, from many years ago. It was printed from the computer with a black background around white letters and then foiled. The background is from an ancient matstack from Die Cuts With a View. (I just realized looking at the photo that the eyes are different! One is die-cut and one is gel pen or Nuvo drops! I will attempt to fix that.)

De-Bossed Daisies

Here is the first of the now 22 cards I have to post. They won't all be singles, though!

A friend sent me this embossed panel, and here is the card that I made with it. The paper she used was kind of shimmery. I double-matted it. The sentiment actually matches much better in real life, but it's not perfect. Thanks, Annie!

Lovely Pastel Birthday

Often when I'm searching my dies, I come across some that I want to be sure to use again and I pull them out. That's how this card happened. The die is the frame with the three open squares on the top and one larger rectangle on the bottom. I added some patterned paper behind it, ancient flowers in each square and then the sentiment, which came from my card parts. (Thanks, Cheryl!) I also added enamel dots to each flower. Simple, but I really like it.

January Calendar Page

Oh my gosh - I was just going to do a post to wish everyone a very Happy 2026 when I realized it's the first of the month and I need to share my calendar page!! Sorry for the delay. (Lucy - you were probably already looking for it. :-) ) So, here it is. A very simple one. All of the stamps are from Gina K.

Plus - I DO want to wish you all a Happy New Year. I wish everyone happiness and good health.

Our daughter and family have been around for several days and we've been busy with family. But, before they arrived I had spent quite a bit of time in my stamping room. I actually have 21 new cards to post!! Plus, before I get them posted, I'll be making more with some new supplies. So, be prepared!
