I made this card for a fellow Repeat Impressions Design Team member.  Glad you're doing better, Dana!
This will be an usual post, because I honestly don't remember the details of the card.  Most of what I'm going to say is guessing!  So, here is how I THINK I made this card:)  The stamp is from Repeat Impressions - I'm sure of that.  It's called Tulip Bouquet.  I colored it with Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol.  The sentiment is also from RI.  I sponged ink around the edges of the image panel.  I believe the bottom layer is Perfect Plum from Stampin' Up!.  I embossed it with a Cuttlebug (Birds and Swirls) embossing folder.  The butterflies are punched from Pale Plum with a Martha Stewart punch and I added some pearls.  Oh yeah, you can't really tell in the picture, but I "misted" the entire image panel with some Perfect Pearls mixed with water.

I love perfect pearl mists! I'm sure this one is really eye poppin' in real life with the glimmer. And in shades of tan and brown, my favorite colors!
I love the layout.....is this a standard A2 card, it looks larger.

So pretty! I love how you added the butterflies and the pearls to the card. The embossing looks great too! I'm sure Dana will LOVE it!
