Simple Birthday Wishes

I took a little time tonight for crafting. That was very nice!

This is a semi-CASE of a card from my friend, Donna. (Thanks again, Donna, for the wonderful card!) I used a punch for the circle cut out of the white layer, then I embossed with a Lifestyle Crafts folder. I added the sentiment (from a Papertrey Ink set) and the butterfly, which was punched with a Martha Stewart punch. I added a couple pearls for the butterfly's body and mounted it on a foam square. Totally CAS (Clean and Simple.)

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

Great idea. I don't know as I would have ever thought of that. Love the pretty little butterfly!

Wow! Love the embossing folder and the cut out area. Got to remember this design, for sure!

It may be simple, but I really like the way you did that partial circle cut out of the corner and the butterfly.
